HOMELINK Remote Control System: Test

Turn on the front individual map lights.

• If the front individual map lights come on, the HomeLink's power and ground circuits are OK. If the HomeLink will not open the customer's garage door, check that the HomeLink is programmed properly (see the owner's manual ) or call HomeLink at 800-355-3515. On the Internet, go to www. homelink.com.
• If the front individual map lights do not come on, check for these problems:
  • - A blown No. 6 (7.5 A) fuse in the driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.
  • - A faulty driver's under-dash fuse/relay box.
  • - An open in the WHT/BLU wire between the under-dash fuse/relay box and HomeLink unit.
  • - An open in the BLK wire between the HomeLink unit and G601.
