Inspection Procedure

- CHECK WIRELESS DOOR LOCK FUNCTIONS
- Check that the wireless door lock functions by operating the transmitter switch.
HINT:
When the wireless door LOCK/UNLOCK operation functions normally, it can be assumed that the transmitter signal is being properly input to the multiplex network body ECU.
NG: GO TO FLOW CHART
OK: Go to Next Step
- Check that the wireless door lock functions by operating the transmitter switch.
- CHECK HAZARD WARNING LIGHTS
- Check that the hazard warning lights blink when the hazard warning signal switch is pressed.
OK: Hazard warning lights blink.
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HAZARD WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK: Go to Next Step
- Check that the hazard warning lights blink when the hazard warning signal switch is pressed.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TURN SIGNAL FLASHER RELAY - DRIVER SIDE J / B ASSEMBLY)
- Disconnect the T11 turn signal flasher relay connector.
- Disconnect the 1L driver side J/B connector.
- Check the resistance.
Standard Resistance
TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Specified Condition T11-10 (HAZ) - 1L-8 (HAZ) Below 1 - Reconnect the turn signal flasher relay connector.
- Reconnect the driver side J/B connector.
NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
