Fuel Pump Relay: Inspection

- INSPECT FUEL PUMP RELAY ASSEMBLY
- Check the resistance.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Standard
STANDARD REFERENCETester Connection Specified Condition 3-4 Below 1 Ω 3-5 10 kΩ or higher 3-4 10 kΩ or higher (Apply battery voltage to terminals 1 and 2) 3-5 Below 1 Ω (Apply battery voltage to terminals 1 and 2) If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel pump relay.
- Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
- Check the resistance.
