The phone icon in the navigation route to screen is grayed-out
  • There is no HFL-compatible phone paired to the vehicle. Pair an approved HFL-compatible phone to the vehicle.
  • If the problem dose not go away, see Navigation does not call using the HFL troubleshooting (see NAVIGATION DOES NOT CALL USING THE HFL ).
