Clutch Pedal Assembly Replacement

NOTE:
Without cruise control: The adjusting bolt is substituted as clutch pedal position switch.
- Disconnect the clutch pedal position switch connector (A) and the clutch interlock switch connector (B). Remove the harness clip (C).
- Pry out the lock pin (D), and pull the clevis pin (E) out of the clevis.
- Remove the master cylinder mounting nuts (F) and clutch pedal mounting nuts (G).
- Remove the clutch pedal assembly (H).
- Remove the clutch pedal position switch (I) and the clutch interlock switch (J).
- Loosely install the clutch pedal position switch (A) and the clutch interlock switch (B).
- Install the clutch pedal assembly (A).
- Install the clutch pedal mounting nuts (B) and master cylinder mounting nuts (C).
- Apply multipurpose grease to the clevis pin (D) and the mating surfaces (E) of the clevis and the pedal. Slide the clevis pin into the clevis, then install a lock pin (F).
- Adjust the clutch pedal, the clutch pedal position switch, and the clutch interlock switch (see CLUTCH PEDAL, CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION SWITCH, AND CLUTCH INTERLOCK SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
).NOTE: Connect the switch connectors after adjusting them.
- Install the harness clip (G).
- Check the clutch operation.
