HFL Switch Replacement

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component location (see COMPONENT LOCATION INDEX ), and the precautions and procedures (see PRECAUTIONS AND PROCEDURES ) in the SRS information before doing repairs or service.

1. Remove the steering wheel (see STEERING WHEEL REMOVAL ).
2. Remove the audio remote switch (see AUDIO REMOTE SWITCH TEST ).
3. Remove the switch cover (A) from the HFL switch (B).

4. Remove the screws (A) and the set plate (B).

5. Remove the screws (C) and the HFL switch (D).
6. Install the HFL switch in the reverse order of removal.
