Final Drive Shaft Bearing Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required 

• Adjustable Bearing Puller, 25-40 mm 07736-A01000B
• Driver Handle, 15 x 135L 07749-0010000
• Bearing Driver Attachment, 72 x 75 mm 07746-0010600

1. Remove the final drive shaft bearing (A) using the 25-40 mm adjustable bearing puller and a commercially available 3/8"-16 UNF slide hammer (B).

2. Check the final drive shaft bearing for wear or damage, and replace it if necessary.
3. Install a new final drive shaft bearing (A) into the transmission housing using the 15 x 135L driver handle and the 72 x 75 mm attachment.
