Front Inner Fender Replacement

NOTE:
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Take care not to scratch the body and related parts.
- The left side is shown; the right side is similar.
- 2012 model: Remove the front strake (see Front Strake Replacement ).
- Remove the front inner fender (A).
- -1 Remove the screws (B) from the rear of the front wheel arch, then remove the splash guard (C).
- -2 From under the front bumper (D), remove the bolts (E) and the screw (F) securing the front bumper and the front inner fender, and remove the clips (G) securing the front inner fender and the front splash shield (H).
- -3 From the wheel arch, remove the clips (I, J) securing the front inner fender (and the splash shield) to the body.
- -4 Pull out the front inner fender from the wheel arch.
- Install the inner fender in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure to set the tab (K) on the inner fender behind the front bumper.
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Push the clips into place securely.
- 2012 model: Install the front strake (see Front Strake Replacement ).
