Power Mirror Replacement

NOTE:
  • Put on gloves protect your hands.
  • Take care not to scratch the door or the related parts.
  1. Lower the door glass fully.
  2. Carefully detach the clip, lift the mirror mount cover (A) upward to release the hooks (B), and remove the mirror mount cover in the sequence shown.

  3. Remove the front door panel (see FRONT DOOR PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  4. Disconnect the connector (A).

  5. While holding the mirror (B), remove the nuts securing the mirror.
  6. While holding the mirror (A), squeeze the sides of the connector clip (B), then push out to remove the mirror.

  7. Install the mirror in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
