Audio Unit

  1. Turn the rear entertainment system ON.
    • After the ignition switch it tuned to ON (II), push REAR PWR button (A) to turn the rear system ON.
    • To turn the rear system OFF, push REAR PWR button, and to turn the whole system OFF, push VOL PUSH PWR knob.

  2. Using the select button.
    • Front source button (A), indicator light ON: control of front source from audio unit.
    • Rear source button (B), indicator light ON: control of rear source from audio unit.
    • The rear source automatically reverts back to front source after 10 seconds if you don't do anything.

  3. Rear Control Enable/Disable.

    By pushing the REAR CTRL OFF button (C), the LED indicator comes ON and the rear seat passengers are not be able to control the system. The rear display shows rear control OFF (CTRL OFF). Press the button again to allow the rear seat passengers to control the RES.

  4. Viewing the display.
    • With navigation: The sub display (A) (built into the audio unit) or navigation display (B) indicates the status of the front and rear systems if the navigation audio button (C) is selected.
    • Without navigation: The audio-HVAC display (D) indicates the status of the front and rear systems.

  5. Rear speaker automatic OFF Function.

    By turning the rear speaker OFF you can reduce the interference between the front source and the rear source (Headphone). The speakers are turned ON/OFF automatically when the front and rear have different sources selected. When the rear speaker is in the OFF mode, the display indicates the rear speaker off icon.
