DTC 1409: Audio Error 9

NOTE:

- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION .
- Clear the hard error code (see HOW TO CLEAR ERROR HISTORY ).
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), then back to ON (II).
- Check for the hard error code (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY
).
Is DTC 1409 indicated?
YES - Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the XM antenna, if they are OK, do the diagnosis of the XM antenna in the audio system. ■
NO - Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. ■
