DTC B12D2  : Power Control Unit (Body Control Module) IG2 Circuit Error

NOTE: 

• If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A .
• Make sure aftermarket accessories are not installed.

DTC (Power Control Unit)

1. Problem verification

   -1. Clear the DTCs with the HDS.

   -2. Do this procedure 5 times.

   • Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode and wait for at least 10 seconds.
   • Turn the vehicle to the ACCESSORY mode and wait for at least 10 seconds.
   • Turn the vehicle to the ON mode and wait for at least 10 seconds.

   -3. Check for DTCs with the HDS.

   DTC Description	DTC
   B12D2 Power Control Unit (Body Control Module) IG2 Circuit Error

   Is DTC B12D2 indicated?

   YES 

   Replace the body control module .

   NO 

   Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.
