DTC U0111 (Motor Control Module)

DTC U0111 : CAN Malfunction (Traction Motor Control Module - Battery Condition Monitor Module)

NOTE:

Before you troubleshoot, review the How to Troubleshoot the Electric Powertrain and Electric Powertrain Service Precaution .
If any of the DTCs listed below are indicated at the same time as DTC U0111, troubleshoot those DTCs first, then recheck for U0111.

DTC (Electric Powertrain)

DTC check

-1. Turn the vehicle to the ON mode.

-2. Check for Pending or Confirmed DTCs with the HDS.

Are DTC U0111 and any other DTCs indicated at the same time?

YES

Go to the indicated DTC's troubleshooting.
