Heated Steering Wheel Temperature Sensor Test: Test

NOTE:
  1. Driver's Airbag - Remove
  2. Steering Wheel Temperature Sensor - Test

    1. Disconnect the connector (A).

    2. Measure the resistance between the terminals according to the table.

    3. Compare the resistance readings with the specifications shown in the graph; the resistance should be within the specifications.

    4. If the resistance is not as specified, the steering wheel temperature sensor (B) is faulty; replace the steering wheel assembly

    .

  3. All Remove Parts - Install
    1. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
