Power Window Switch Test: Test

How to use this manual .

NOTE:  If the door control unit is replaced, reset the power window control unit . If the original door control unit is installed, confirm that the power window works properly.

Power Window Master Switch 

1. Driver's Power Window Switch - Test

   Preconditions 

   • Driver's Power Window Switch Panel Assembly Removed

   Figure 1

   Procedure/Specifications 

   • Check the switch according to the table. (Figure 1 and 2)

   Result 

   • If the result is not as specified, replace the power window master switch .

   After Inspection 

   • Power Window Control Unit Reset 

   Front Passenger's Power Window Switch 

2. Front Passenger's Power Window Switch - Test

   Preconditions 

   • Front Passenger's Power Window Switch Panel Assembly Removed

   Procedure/Specifications 

   • Check the switch according to the table. (Figure 1 and 2)

   Result 

   • If the result is not as specified, replace the front passenger's power window switch .

   After Inspection 

   • Power Window Control Unit Reset 

   Rear Power Window Switch 

3. Rear Power Window Switch - Test

   Preconditions 

   • Rear Power Window Switch Panel Assembly Removed

   Procedure/Specifications 

   • Check the switch according to the table. (Figure 1 and 2)

   Result 

   • If the result is not as specified, replace the rear power window switch .

   After Inspection 

   • Power Window Control Unit Reset
