NOTE:  All readiness codes are cleared when the 12 volt battery is disconnected, if DTCs have been cleared, or if the PCM is reset with the HDS.

Enable Criteria and Procedure 

Refer to the advanced diagnostic information for DTC P0455 , P0456 , P04DF , P2421 and P2422 , and do the confirmation procedures described in the advanced diagnostic information.
