DTC U0047 : F-CAN communication line error(BUS off 2ch)

NOTE:

If you are troubleshooting multiple DTCs, be sure to follow the instructions in B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A - Refer to: Body Electrical Troubleshooting - B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode A - Initial Communication and DTC Checks () or Body Electrical Troubleshooting - B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode B - Control Unit Not Communicating () or Body Electrical Troubleshooting - B-CAN System Diagnosis Test Mode 1 and Test Mode 2 (without the HDS) () .
DTC may be stored if the audio unit does not start normally.
DTC may be stored due to the power/ground circuit failure of the audio unit. Before this troubleshooting, check the power/ground circuit of the audio unit first.
Before troubleshooting, make sure the fuses and the relays associated with the system is OK.
