Installation Procedure

- Install the yaw rate sensor (2) onto the bracket.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the yaw rate sensor mounting bolts (1).
Tighten
Tighten the nuts to 7 N.m (62 lb in).
- Connect the yaw rate sensor electrical connector.
- Install the IP accessory trim plate. Refer to TRIM PLATE REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) ACCESSORY in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, engine off.
- Perform the DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK - ABS .
