Installation Procedure

Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator.
Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the radiator using J 38185 .
Install the radiator inlet hose to the thermostat housing.
Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to the thermostat housing using J 38185 .
Install the radiator upper support. Refer to RADIATOR SUPPORT REPLACEMENT .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
