Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Hummer H2. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Install the liftgate strut to the vehicle ball studs.
- Push on the end of the strut in order to install the upper end of the liftgate strut (2) to the ball stud of the liftgate.
- Push on the end of the strut in order to install the lower the end of the liftgate strut (1) to the ball stud on the body.
- Close the liftgate.
