Installation Procedure

Align the radiator support in position on the vehicle
Install the 4 fasteners (1) retaining the radiator support to the vehicle.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the fasteners retaining the A/C condenser to the radiator support.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).
Install the fasteners retaining the hood retention cables to the radiator support.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).
Install the fastener retaining the power steering cooler to the radiator support.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).
Install the fasteners retaining the transmission cooler to the radiator support.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).
Install the fasteners retaining the radiator shroud to the radiator support.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 9 N.m (7 lb ft).
Install the fasteners retaining the radiator to the radiator support.
Tighten: Tighten the fasteners to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
