Conditions for Running

The ignition is OFF for more than 10 hours.
The engine coolant temperature (ECT) is between -30 and +45°C (-22 and +113°F).
The difference between the intake air temperature (IAT) and the ECT is less than 8°C (14°F)
The battery voltage is between 10-18 volts.
