Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Ensure the notches (2) on the air cleaner outlet duct (1) are aligned with the following:
    • The air cleaner assembly tang (4)
    • The air cleaner resonator tang (3)
  1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the following:
    • The air cleaner assembly
    • The air cleaner resonator
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps.

    Tighten:  Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamps to 6 N.m (53 lb in).
