Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement in Manual Transmission - Aisin AR5.
    2. Fig 1: Exploded View Of Clutch Assembly

  2. Remove the clutch pressure plate bolts (1).

    Discard the bolts.

  3. Remove the clutch pressure plate (2) and driven disc (3) from the dowel pins (4) on the flywheel (5).
