Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Radiator Hose & Radiator (Inlet)

Install the radiator inlet hose (4) to the radiator (6).
Position the radiator inlet hose clamp (5) to the radiator (6).
Install the radiator inlet hose (4) to the mounting clip (3).
Install the radiator inlet hose (2) to the engine (1).

Position the radiator inlet hose clamp (3) to the engine (1).
Install the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct Replacement .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System .
