Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the fan shroud (3) to the vehicle.
Install the bolts (4) to the fan shroud (3).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the fan shroud retainer.
Rotate the slip ring to the original position.
Install the retaining clip (5) to the fan shroud.
Install the radiator hose-outlet. Refer to Radiator Hose Replacement - Outlet .
