Installation Procedure

  1. Position the sensor to the vehicle.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the bolt (2) to secure the sensor to the vehicle.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  3. Install the ball and socket (1) to the sensor.

  4. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the sensor.
  5. Install the right tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
