Installation Procedure

  1. Position the yoke (2) to the shock and control arm.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the yoke to control arm bolt (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 180 N.m (133 lb ft).

  3. Install the shock to yoke retaining bolt (2).
  4. Install the shock yoke nut (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 90 N.m (66 lb ft).

  5. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
