Installation Procedure

  1. Install the NEW brake pads shims on the mounting bracket.

  3. Apply a small amount of high temperature lubricant on the guide pins.

  5. Install the guide pins in the mounting bracket.

  7. Install the guide pin seal.

  9. Install the inner brake pads to the mounting bracket.

  11. Install the outer brake pad to the mounting bracket.

  13. Remove the brake caliper from the support.

  15. Install the brake caliper assembly. Refer to Brake Caliper Replacement .
