Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Installing Fan Clutch To Fan Blade

Assemble the fan to the fan clutch.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install the 4 bolts to the fan blade and tighten.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).
Install the cooling fan. Refer to Fan Replacement (2.9L, 3.7L) .
