Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the brake master cylinder mounting nuts from the booster and position the master cylinder to gain access to the brake fluid level sensor but do not disconnect the brake lines. Refer to Master Cylinder Replacement .

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the brake fluid level sensor.

  5. Using needle nose pliers carefully depress the retaining tabs on the end of the brake fluid level sensor.

  7. Remove the brake fluid level sensor from the master cylinder.
