THERMO Valve
Thermo valve in EGR vacuum supply line is a switch that is sensitive to engine temperature. Thermo valve eliminates vacuum signal to EGR valve during engine warm-up when less NOx is emitted. Less EGR helps maintain acceptable driveability. See Fig 1 .
