Washer Pump Motor Test

Disconnect harness connector and washer hose at pump. Ensure reservoir has some clean water in it before running pump. Attach jumper lead from battery positive to terminal No. 2 (Blue/Yellow wire) of washer motor connector. Attach jumper from battery negative to terminal No. 1 (Light Green or Blue wire) of washer motor connector. Washer motor should operate. Replace as required. If washer pump does not operate, check for restriction in hose and/or nozzle, and/or check for open in wiring circuit.
