Clutch Assembly: Installation

1. Apply multipurpose grease to contact surfaces of release fork, shaft and bearing. Reinstall release shaft (if removed). See Fig 1 . Install spacers, return spring and release fork. Align lock pin holes of release fork and release shaft.
2. Install 2 NEW spring pins. Ensure spring pin slots face release fork fingers. On all models, apply grease into groove of release bearing, and install release bearing on front bearing retainer of transaxle.
3. On all models, install return clip to release bearing and fork. Reverse removal procedure to complete installation. Fill transaxle with proper amount of oil.
