Set when CCM detects simultaneous SET and RESUME signals from cruise control switch. Check the following and repair as necessary.

• Sub-Switch - See SUB-SWITCH  under COMPONENT TESTS
• Damaged Or Disconnected Wiring Harness - See WIRING DIAGRAMS 

If all components test okay, replace CCM.
