Indicates problem with vacuum pump drive system. Check the following and repair as necessary.

• Vacuum Pump - See VACUUM PUMP  under COMPONENT TESTS
• Damaged Or Disconnected Wiring Harness - See WIRING DIAGRAMS 

If all components test okay, replace CCM.
