DTC P1510, P1552: Idle Speed Control (ISC) Actuator Circuit Shorted: Notes

NOTE: Idle Speed Control (ISC) actuator has an opening coil and a closing coil. Each coil is driven by a separate ECM driver which is used to set actuator into various open and closed positions. A by-pass hose is positioned parallel to the throttle valve where the actuator is installed.
