Component Inspection

Measure the resistance between each terminal of the relay.

Specification:

A/T CONTROL RELAY RESISTANCE

Resistance	1(red) - 3(pink)	INFINITE
Resistance	2(black) - 4(pink)	INFINITE
supply (B+) to number 4 and supply (B-) to number 2.	1(red) - 3(pink)	0 Ω

Is resistance with in specification?
YES
- Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then refer to VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR .
NO
- Replace ATM CONTROL RELAY and then refer to VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR .
