Power Steering Oil Pump: Reassembly

Install the flow control spring (C), the flow control valve (B) and the connector (A) in to the pump body.

Install the oil seal in the pump body by using the special tool (09222-32100).

Install the pump pulley (A).

Install the outer (A) and inner (B) O-rings

Install the side plate (A).

After inserting the lock pin into the groove of the front housing, install the cam ring (A) attending to the direction.

Install the rotor (A).

Install the vanes (A).

After installing the O-ring (A) and the snap ring (C), install the rear cover assembly (B).
Tightening Torque Nm (kgf.m, lb-ft):

18 ~ 22 (1.8 ~ 2.2, 13 ~ 15.9)

Install the suction pipe (A) and O-ring (B).
Tightening Torque Nm (kgf.m, lb-ft):

6 ~ 10 (0.6 ~ 1, 4.3 ~ 7.2)
