Component Inspection

■ Check BCM 

1. Ignition "ON" & engine "OFF" & Headlamp "AUTO"
2. Measure voltage value between terminal "A11" of BCM and chassis ground.

   Specification:  Approx. 5V

3. Is the DTC erased?

   YES 

   • Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Substitute with a known-good BCM and check for proper operation.

     If the problem is corrected, replace BCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
