Repair Procedures: Removal: Notes
- Disconnect the negative terminal (A) from the battery.

- Remove the engine room cover (A), engine cover (B) and radiator grill upper cover (C).

- Remove the air cleaner assembly.
- Remove the air duct (A).
- Disconnect the air flow sensor (AFS) connector (C).
- Disconnect the breather hose (B).
- Remove the resonator (F), the intake air hose (E) and air cleaner assembly (D).

- Remove the oil level gauge (A).

- Disconnect the oxygen sensor (HO2S) connector (A) and remove the wiring bracket (B).

- Remove the exhaust manifold stay (A) and then disconnect the front muffler (B) on LH and RH side.

- Remove the exhaust manifold heat protector (A).
