Tailgate Switch

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the tailgate trim.
(Refer to TAILGATE TRIM REPLACEMENT )
Disconnect the connector (A). After loosening the remove tailgate garnish mounting nuts, then tailgate garnish (B).

Remove the outside handle (A) after loosening the outside handle mounting screws.
