Repair procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Remove the intake manifold.
Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- Disconnect the knock sensor connector(A).
- Remove the installation bolt (B), and then remove the sensor from the cylinder block.
