Repair Procedures: Installation

- Insert the stop lamp switch into the hole of the brake pedal member assembly.
- Tighten the stop lamp switch lock nut (B) while pushing the brake pedal and connect the stop lamp switch connector (A).
- Adjust the stop lamp switch clearance (A) and brake pedal free play.
Stop lamp clearance: 1 ~ 2 mm (0.04 ~ 0.08 in)
Pedal free play: 3.0 ~ 8.0 mm (0.12 ~ 0.31)
NOTE: Adjust the brake pedal free play using the stop lamp switch adjustment nut (B). - Install the lower crash pad.
