DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Heater check
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short to ground in power circuit
  3. Open in control circuit
  4. S2
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is between 10.7V and 16.1V
  • Exhaust Gas temperature is between 662°F and 1022° F.
Threshold Value
  • Internal resistance value is higher than Threshold value
Diagnostic Time
  • 6 sec.
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
* S1: upstream oxygen sensor/S2: downstream oxygen sensor
