Repair procedures: Removal

- Remove the Engine cover.
(Refer to procedures found in "REPAIR PROCEDURES ")
- Remove the Air cleaner assembly and air duct.
(Refer to procedures found in "REPAIR PROCEDURES ")
- Remove the Battery and battery tray.
(Refer to "BATTERY ")
- Set shift lever to N position.
- Separate the control cable from the control shaft after remove the pin (A) and washer (B).
- Remove the control shaft assembly after loosen the bolts.
Tightening torque:
19.6 ~ 26.5 N.m (2.0 ~ 2.7 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 19.5 lb-ft)
