Repair Procedures: Replacement
CAUTION:
- When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.
- Take care not to scratch the body surface.
- Put on gloves to protect your hands.
- Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the center fascia side garnish (A).
- Remove the gear boots (B) and gear knob (A).
- Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the console upper tray complete (A).
- Disconnect the connectors (A).
- Remove the console tray (A).
- Remove the console tray met (A).
- After loosening the mounting screws and bolts, then remove the console rear complete assembly (A).
- Disconnect the connector (A).
- Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the console extension cover (A).
- After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the console front complete assembly (A).NOTE:
- Shift lever to "N" position when remove the console front complete assembly.
- Disconnect the connectors (A).
- Installation is the reverse of removal.NOTE:
- Make sure the connector are connected in properly.
- Replace any damage clips.
