- Measure the piston pin-to-piston clearance.
Piston pin-to-piston clearance:
0.004 ~ 0.013 mm (0.00015 ~ 0.00051 in.)
- Check the difference between the piston pin diameter and the connecting rod small end diameter.
Piston pin-to-connecting rod interference:
0.005 ~ 0.019 mm (0.00019 ~ 0.00074 in.)
