Liftgate Open Switch

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Remove the liftgate trim.
(Refer to TAIL GATE TRIM Body)
Remove the liftgate back panel.
(Refer to TAIL GATE BACK PANEL Body)
Loosen the liftgate switch mounting screws (2 ea).

Remove the liftgate switch (A) after separating the license lamp wiring.
