Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal (A).
Battery (-) terminal tightening nut :
8.0 - 10.0 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.9 - 7.3 lb-ft)
- Disconnect the battery sensor connector (A).
- Remove the battery sensor after loosening the sensor cable flange mounting bolts (B).
Battery sensor cable flange mounting bolt (Chassis ground) :
27.0 - 35.0 N.m (2.7 - 3.5 kgf.m, 19.9 - 25.8 lb-ft)
